BED & BREAKFAST FLEXIBLE RATE

Flexible Rate reservations can be modified or canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival. After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the reservation will be considered cancelled with a penalty. From the moment the free cancellation option no longer applies, and payment for the first night's stay will be required.

The tourist tax imposed by the City of Pisa is currently EUR 2.50 per person, per night, and must be paid directly at the hotel.

The rate includes:

• continental buffet breakfast
• WIFI high speed connection
• VAT and service

The rate does not include:

• local tourist tax
• Services at extra charge
